How do I upload my child’s drawing?
There is an upload file button on the right hand side where you checkout. Please upload your picture there. Please ensure the drawing is on plain white paper and is done in grey lead or a black Texta. Alternatively, please email me your picture to info@allymaycreations.com.au quoting your order number.
How do I customise my order?
On the product page there will be blank fields that need to be completed. E.g. Name, Baby’s length etc. Please fill them in prior to checking out and it will be added with your order notes and I’ll personalised.
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every item is designed, laser cut, and carefully finished by me in Melbourne. Each piece is created with love, attention to detail, and a whole lot of heart.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for most orders. This doesn’t include shipping time. Shipping is out of my control and left with Australia Post. During promotional periods it may take a bit longer but this will be advised online during the purchase time. Custom designs or larger orders may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
If you need your order in a hurry, as I’m well aware sometimes we can leave things to the last minute. Please get in touch I’ll do my best accommodate you. I can’t guarantee but I’ll do my best.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Yes we do. We offer free local pick up from Bonbeach, Melbourne. Just simply select pick up at checkout and avoid paying for shipping. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up and we’ll get in touch and organise a time for you to pick up.
Can I request a custom design that’s not listed on your website?
Definitely. If you have something unique in mind—a different shape, message, or idea—I would love to work with you to bring it to life. Just send us a message through the contact form or via email.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we sure do! We send orders via tracked shipping across Australia. You’ll be notified once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer bulk or fundraiser options?
Yes! We love working with schools, kindergartens, and community groups on custom and fundraising projects. Reach out to chat about what you have in mind.
Do you offer refunds?
As every order is made to order and personalised for you, refunds are not generally given. Although if in the case of an error (lets admit it - I am only human and mistakes do happen) then of course I'll do anything to rectify the error.
